The overriding and fundamental concept of this design proposal is to
incorporate and unify the existing tower with the new so that the ADCCI is visually perceived and recognized as one architectural complex.
We will achieve this by allowing the new tower to span over the existing.
one; a trussed support at the east side will complete the visual framing of the existing tower, which, after being re-cladded with high quality materials compatible with the new tower, will become the pearl in the oyster.
Dramatic lighting effects will reinforce this concept.
