We will achieve this by allowing the new tower to span over the existing. one; a trussed support at the east side will complete the visual framing of the existing tower, which, after being re-cladded with high quality materials compatible with the new tower, will become the pearl in the oyster. Dramatic lighting effects will reinforce this concept.
